With a positioning accuracy of up to ± 3 µm, the LLT.micro is the most precise machine in the LLT application range. The modular concept and the combination of fiber and femtosecond lasers offer the widest range of applications for economical and gentle laser micromachining. The LLT.preci is the most adaptable standard machine concept in the LLT application. The interaction of the installed components also offers the most economical ratio between precision and dynamics. The compact systems with fiber lasers are used in industrial laser precision processing for cutting, welding and drilling 2D and 3D components.
The LLT.tube is the laser processing system for processing cylindrical components. The machine was developed for cutting and drilling fine tubes and enables the most delicate contours. In addition to a fiber laser, a femtosecond laser and a wet cutting system take into account the particular sensitivity of high-quality materials. In addition to the rotation axis, an X-Y table enables the processing of 2D components.
