When Laser- und Lichtstrahltechnologie GmbH was founded in 1997, we set out to build a high-performance mechanical engineering and service company. Since then, we have specialized in precision and micro-machining using lasers.
From the very beginning, our driving force has been to develop new machine concepts, maximize the industrial applicability of lasers, and further develop them for various areas of application.
Today, LLT Applikation is an internationally recognized company in the laser micromachining market. Our ideas and machines help set the standard in this market segment.

As a service provider and partner to customers in high-tech industries such as medical technology, we are always mindful of our responsibility for the products that leave our facility. Therefore, our quality management is not an end in itself. Rather, quality means not only meeting customer requirements but, first and foremost, ensuring that our products are free of defects. And this, under certain circumstances, ensures the health and safety of people’s lives.
The quality management system applies to all areas of LLT Applikation and aims to continuously improve the quality of our services and products for the benefit of our customers. This also means learning from our own mistakes—that is, identifying them early on and taking appropriate corrective action.
The effectiveness and implementation of the quality management system are regularly reviewed through internal audits, as well as externally by customers or by our certification body (TÜV Hessen).
