With a positioning accuracy of up to ± 3 µm, the LLT.micro is the most precise machine of LLT Applikation. The modular concept and the combination of fiber and femtosecond lasers offer the widest range of applications for economical and gentle laser micromachining. Maximum flexibility allows the cutting, welding, drilling and structuring of 2D and 3D components.
The LLT.preci is the most adaptable standard machine concept from LLT Applikation. The interaction of the installed components also offers the most economical ratio between precision and dynamics. The compact systems with fiber lasers are used in industrial laser precision processing for cutting, welding and drilling 2D and 3D components.
The LLT.tube is the laser processing system for processing cylindrical components. The machine was developed for cutting and drilling fine tubes and enables the most delicate contours. In addition to a fiber laser, a femtosecond laser and a wet cutting system take into account the particular sensitivity of high-quality materials. In addition to the rotation axis, an X-Y table enables the processing of 2D components.
LLT.custom combines all laser systems that we design and manufacture on the basis of individual requirements. Regardless of whether this involves the adaptation of our standard systems or the development of a unique special machine. On request, we support our customers right from the planning stage of a production solution at the time of the initial product idea and accompany them right through to the production-ready laser precision system.

The LLT.micro combines modularity and technologies to master these challenges. The compact system combines positioning accuracies of up to ± 3 µm and highly dynamic direct drives with efficient fiber lasers and gentle ultrashort pulse lasers.
Regardless of the specific area in question, solid machine solutions are required in typical industrial manufacturing environments. Laser precision machining is no different. However, the equally high demands on the robustness of the production equipment and the accuracy of the processing results mark a special feature. Added to this is the required cost-effectiveness of the technology used.
The LLT.preci offers a proven machine concept that meets the highest demands. By supplementing the fiber laser with scanner optics, the 3-axis basic machine can work simultaneously with up to seven axes if required. The already generously dimensioned processing area can be scaled up to 500 mm x 500 mm x 300 mm depending on the customer’s specific requirements, despite its compact external dimensions.
The challenges in the production and processing of precision tubes are manifold. In particular, high-tech industries such as medical technology, sensor technology and optics expect not only high precision requirements but also the gentle handling of sensitive and cost-intensive materials, such as in the case of stents or hypotubes.
The LLT.tube was developed to meet precisely these expectations. Thanks to the use of an ultrashort pulse laser, the heat-affected zone and the associated thermal load on the material are just as minimal as the feasible dimensions of the cutting or drilling contours. The material retains the desired properties and residues in the form of molten material are avoided.
