We are delighted to be part of the Thuringian Sustainability Agreement with immediate effect. On this occasion, Mr. Werner from the IHK Südthüringen visited us in Ilmenau on 30 January and presented us with the membership certificate.
The agreement is a voluntary agreement between the Thuringian state government and the Thuringian economy. The primary aim of the network is the careful and responsible use of natural resources.
Our photovoltaic system, the electric charging station and the unsealed ground on our company premises were not the only decisive criteria for membership. The preservation of jobs in the course of the takeover of a local mechanics workshop and the close cooperation with regional partners also played their part.
We are now allowed to bear the “NAThüringen” seal until January 31, 2027.
