The current situation on the labor market makes it clear how important employees are for the economy and growth. Forecasts are already predicting that the shortage of skilled workers will become even more acute in the coming years.

To give pupils in grades 9 and 10 an insight into everyday life in a successful mechanical engineering company and to highlight career opportunities, the LLT application is taking part in this year’s “A day at the company” project day.
