QUALITY - RESPONSIBILITY INSTEAD OF AN END IN ITSELF

As a service provider and partner to customers in high-tech industries such as medical technology, we are aware at all times of our responsibility for the products that leave our premises. Therefore, our quality management does not serve any end in itself. Rather, in addition to meeting customer requirements, quality also means first and foremost freedom from defects. And under certain circumstances, this ensures the health and integrity of lives.

Therefore, we make a great effort at every level and in every area of LLT applications to continuously improve the quality of our products and services and have this certified on a regular basis.

Quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015

The quality management system applies to all areas of the LLT application and aims to continuously improve the quality of our services and products for the benefit of our customers. This also means learning from our own mistakes, i.e. recognizing them at an early stage and taking appropriate countermeasures.

The effectiveness and application of the quality management system is regularly checked within the scope of internal audits, but also externally by customers or by our certification body (TÜV Hessen).
